Time saved and billing per client
For agencies: how many hours Sayweek saved per client each month – with a transparent, editable formula and a CSV / PDF download for your invoices.
Updated:
If you work for several clients (brands), Settings → Time saved & billing shows month by month and client by client how much work Sayweek did for you – in hours and, when you enter your hourly rate, in money too. Attach the monthly summary to your invoice or report as CSV or PDF.
How to use it
- Open Settings and, in the Clients & reports group, choose Time saved & billing.
- Pick the month in the Month list.
- CSV or PDF next to Summary downloads the table of all clients; CSV / PDF in a client's row downloads that client only.
- Under Assumptions – your own numbers, change the minutes and (optionally) the hourly rate, then click Save. Defaults puts the original values back.
The formula
minutes saved = posts × minutes / post + approvals × minutes / approval + reports × minutes / monthly report, and the value is hours saved × hourly rate. The PDF and the CSV both show the formula with your numbers, so your client can see how the total is made up.
- Posts published: posts that went out on the client's channels in the month (the same rule as in the monthly report). Default: 45 minutes – writing, image, formatting, scheduling.
- Approvals: approvals by your team and through the client approval link in the month. Default: 10 minutes – sending, chasing, collecting feedback.
- Monthly reports: one per client that had posts that month, when your plan includes the monthly report. Default: 60 minutes.
Why is a client missing from the list?
Only clients with a published post or an approval in the month are listed. If nothing happened in a month, the page says so.
Who can change the assumptions?
The owner and editors. Viewers can see the page and download the summary.
