Weekly interview – “Tell me about your week”

3–5 short questions a week about your real week, by voice or text – your answers become post suggestions and drafts for your free slots.

Updated:

The weekly interview is a five-minute chat about your week. Sayweek puts together short questions from your calendar, your ideas, the news and the empty places in your plan – without names or sensitive details. You say or type your answers, and at the end you get post suggestions for your free slots, in your voice.

How the interview works

  1. On the Overview page, click 🎙 Tell me about your week (or open the weekly invitation push notification or e-mail).
  2. Click Let's start.
  3. For each question, press Record, say your answer and press Done – or type the answer.
  4. Move on with Next; if a question doesn't fit, press Skip. After the last one, click Sum it up.
  5. In Suggested posts, tick the ones to write and click the write button (e.g. Write 2 drafts).
  6. Finally, click Open the weekly plan.

Feel free to fix the transcript; the recording isn't stored. Your answers also go into your story bank, so later posts can use them too. The drafts wait for your approval in the weekly plan – see Approving posts. If you don't want posts now, click No posts for now; to skip the whole week, click Skip this week.

When and what to ask about

  1. Open Settings → Reminders (or the Settings icon on the interview page).
  2. Tick Weekly invitation (push and e-mail).
  3. Set Day, Time and, if needed, Time zone (empty follows your travel plan).
  4. Choose Number of questions (3, 4 or 5) and What to ask about, then click Save.

What is the streak?

The number of weeks in a row you finished the interview. Skipping a week doesn't grow the streak, but it isn't lost either.
