What is Sayweek?
Sayweek writes your social media posts in your own voice, places them in your weekly plan and publishes them once you approve.
Updated:
Sayweek is built for consultants, experts and small teams. Claude (the AI) writes your LinkedIn, Instagram and other posts in your voice and places them in your weekly plan; you review and approve them, and Sayweek publishes them at the time you set.
How does it work?
- Brands and channels: for each brand (e.g. “Northwind Advisory”) you set the language, the tone and the channels, and for each channel the posting days and times.
- Your voice: Claude learns your style from your past posts, your sample posts and whatever you rewrite before approving.
- Ideas: topics come from the news, your own ideas box, your emails and your meetings – Claude writes from these and from your brand's topics.
- Approval and publishing: nothing goes out without approval. Sayweek publishes approved posts directly or via Postiz.
The main screens
- Overview – your to-dos: what is waiting for approval, where a post is missing, what didn't go out.
- Weekly plan – the time slots and posts of the week (or a longer period); this is where you get empty slots written. See The weekly plan.
- Calendar – day, week, month and list views, moving posts.
- Ideas – news on your topics, the ideas box, ideas from your mail and calendar.
- Analytics – how your posts perform.
- Team voice – if your colleagues post too, their posts are prepared here.
- Settings – brands, rules, integrations, account and subscription.

Trial and plans
A new workspace normally starts with a 14-day trial. You'll find the plans and prices on the Pricing page, and your own subscription under Settings → Subscription.
