Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions: approval, AI and data, trial, cancelling, languages, export and deletion.

Updated:

Here are short answers to the most common questions. Pricing and plans are covered in detail on the FAQ and pricing pages.

Can anything be published without my approval?

No. A post is only scheduled after you approve it – in the app or with one tap from the phone notification. Teams can use two-step approval, and there is an emergency brake that pauses all publishing at once.

Which AI writes the posts – and does it train on my data?

Posts are written by Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API, and Sayweek doesn't train any general model with your content either – style rules learned from your edits stay in your own workspace.

Does Sayweek read my calendar and e-mails?

Only if you connect them, and only read-only. E-mail bodies aren't stored – only the short, anonymised idea written from them; names are masked before anything reaches the AI. Sayweek works fully without these connections.

Where is my data stored?

In an EU database, with access tokens encrypted and every workspace strictly isolated. Details are in the privacy policy.

How does the free trial work?

14 days with every feature, no card required. When the trial ends nothing is charged automatically: you pick a plan, or writing and scheduling pause while your data stays.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, under Settings → Subscription, for monthly and annual subscriptions alike. See Change or cancel your plan.

Which languages does Sayweek support?

Posts can be written in English, German and Hungarian, set per brand. The app, notifications, e-mails and reports are also available in all three languages.

How do I export or delete my data?

Under Settings → Data and privacy you can export everything or delete your account. Posts already published on social networks have to be deleted there. See Export and delete your data.
