How to get help: the help assistant in the app, an e-mail to the Sayweek team, and what to include so we can help quickly.
Updated:
Most questions are answered in the help center – try its search first. If you can't find it, ask the help assistant or send us an e-mail.
Help assistant in the app
- In the app, open the Help panel.
- Choose Ask the help assistant.
- Describe your question in your own words – the AI assistant answers from the help articles and links the article.
Write to hello@sayweek.com, preferably from your account's e-mail address. To help us help you quickly, include:
- which workspace and brand it's about,
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
- the exact error message (or a screenshot),
- when it happened and on which device (browser, iPhone or Android app).
