Is Sayweek working right now? – the System status page
The System status page shows live whether the app, publishing, AI writing and e-mails work, and whether there is an open incident.
Updated:
If something is unusually slow or a post didn't go out on time, first check the System status page. It works without signing in and refreshes every minute.
What the page shows
- At the top, the overall state: All systems operational, Partial disruption, Major disruption or Maintenance in progress.
- The state of each service: Web and mobile app, Database, Scheduler and background jobs, Publishing, AI writing, E-mails and notifications.
- Under Measurements: the database response time, the oldest waiting background job and the share of successful publishing in the last 24 hours; How is this measured? lists the exact thresholds.
- Current incidents and the last 30 days describe what happened and what we are doing.
What to do during a disruption
- Open the System status page and see which service is affected.
- If Publishing or Scheduler and background jobs is affected, you don't need to do anything: approved posts wait in the queue and Sayweek retries them on its own once the problem is fixed.
- If everything is green but you still see a problem, read Why wasn't my post published? or write to us.
