Hiring mode: a short campaign for an open role
Add the job details and Sayweek places a job post, a team story and employer-brand posts into the brand's slots as drafts – it stops on its own after the deadline.
Updated:
When a brand is recruiting, hiring mode puts together a short campaign for the open role: a job post, a “day with us” post, a team story, an employer-brand post with a team photo and – if the campaign runs a week or more – a reminder before the deadline.
Before you start
- You need a brand with at least one channel and free slots: Brands and channels.
- Owners and editors can switch it on.
Switch it on
- Open Settings → Brands & channels and scroll to Hiring mode.
- In the brand's row, click We're hiring.
- Fill in Role and, if you have them, Application link, Location and What you offer.
- Pick the Hiring ends date (from tomorrow, up to 120 days).
- If you like, tick the box to ask colleagues to share it in their own voice (Team voice).
- Click Suggest the campaign.
The posts go into the brand's free slots, at most one a day, and get written. For the employer-brand posts we pick a team photo from the brand's earlier posts. Every post is a draft: it only goes out after your approval.
Switch it off
The campaign stops on its own the day after Hiring ends, and you get a notification. To stop it earlier, click Switch off; if you tick Also delete the drafts not approved yet, unapproved drafts are deleted too. Approved posts stay.
